Schalke defeated the amateur Ergo team by 4 to 0. It was the team´s second friendly in the preseason. Schalke had no problems to win the match and Garanovic scored twice while Farfan and Reginiussen scored the other goals.
Still recovering from muscular problems, Rafinha did not join the match.
